So one of my many goals this year is to walk\run 14 miles a week. This may not seem like much but it is for me. I have arthritis and a hip that doesn't often want to cooperate. It's just a small fitness goal that makes me feel better . My girls are my exercise buddies. We have a lovely route taking us through rolling hills of beautiful farmland. We have been having summer like temps since before Christmas but this week Winter has come to town. It makes for chilly but invigorating walks :) What are some of your goals for 2016?
